As an important power equipment, the correct operation of the Huaquan generator is crucial for ensuring stable operation and prolonging the service life of the equipment. The following are precautions for the correct operation of Huaquan generators:
一、 Preparation work for Huaquan generator before power generation
1. Disconnect the power supply: Disconnect the high-voltage switch in the distribution room and close the isolation switch to the power generation position. Ensure that the generator set is in an independent power supply state.
2. Equipment inspection: Check if the fuel level in the fuel tank of the Huaquan generator is sufficient, and there is no oil leakage at all oil pipes and joints. Check if the cooling system has sufficient, clean, and leak free water flow, and if the fan belt is properly tightened. The transmission part of the internal combustion engine and generator should be reliably connected, the insulation of the output line wires should be good, and all instruments should be complete. Check for any looseness, detachment, or jamming of connecting components, fasteners, and control parts. Whether the connections of each wire are firm, correct, and in good contact.
3. Start preparation: Open the control cabinet under the generator operation screen, close the start switch knife switch, and wait for the display screen to have power. Press the up and down page keys to view the relevant operation records of the generator, and promptly handle any abnormal situations.
二、 Huaquan generator starts running
1. Start the Huaquan generator: Press the start button to start the generator. Operate at low speed for 3-5 minutes until the temperature and oil pressure wheel are normal before starting the operation.
2. Monitoring instruments: During operation, operators need to closely monitor the voltage, frequency, current, power factor, oil temperature, oil pressure, water temperature, charging current, speed and other instrument indications and changes of the generator set. When the specified value is exceeded, timely inspection and measures should be taken to restore normal operation before continuing.
3. Emergency operation: The emergency stop button on the control screen panel is only used in case of emergency. After pressing the button, the generator will immediately stop and sound an audible and visual alarm.
三、 Huaquan generator shutdown operation
1. Cut off power supply: When the mains power is normal, the main switches of each power supply branch should be cut off first, and then the main switch of the generator power supply should be cut off.
2. Reduce load: Gradually reduce the load while returning the excitation variable resistor to the high resistance position to lower the voltage.
3. Shutdown: Cut off the excitation switch and neutral grounding switch to stop the operation of the internal combustion engine. Gradually reduce the speed to idle under no-load condition, and stop the engine when the water and oil temperature of the diesel engine drops below 70 ℃.
